About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performance Videographer to join our team at APEX. This isn't just about shooting footage, it’s about capturing cinematic stories that fuel a movement and inspire India’s next generation of entrepreneurs.
As our Videographer, you’ll be the "architect of visuals" across platforms. From sharp reels and high-impact trailers to documentary-style shoots and founder profiles, you’ll bring to life the voice of APEX: bold, disciplined, and unapologetically future-facing.
This role is for someone who thrives under pressure, understands speed without losing quality, and can translate complex ideas like AI, defense tech, and entrepreneurship into compelling visual narratives that move people to action.
Requirements
Strong videography skills with mastery of professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Storytelling ability: you know how to create tension, emotion, and clarity through framing, movement, and composition
Speed + precision: ability to deliver high-quality footage fast without compromise
Creative eye for aesthetics: sense of lighting, color, and cinematic detail is a must
Versatility: comfortable shooting for multiple formats (reels, YouTube, ads, event highlights, courses)
Understanding of tech & entrepreneurship: bonus if you’ve worked in AI, defense, or startup ecosystems
Discipline & ownership: like us, you believe deadlines are not suggestions
